Occupational Health, Safety and Quality Specialist

We are looking for a new team member to help develop, implement and continuously improve our occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality management systems.

This role is ideal for someone who values well-structured processes, employee safety, and making a real impact on the organisation.

Your responsibilities:
Develop, implement and continuously improve occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental, and quality management strategies and systems.
Initiate and manage projects related to OHS, environmental management, and quality.
Ensure the implementation and ongoing compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems across the organisation.
Manage non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare quality and safety performance indicators and conduct risk assessments.
Organise and participate in internal and external audits.
Develop, improve and monitor internal procedures and processes.
Assess occupational health and safety conditions at project sites and prepare the required documentation.
Participate in occupational risk assessments, incident investigations, and the implementation of preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with environmental requirements at project sites, including the organisation and supervision of waste management activities.

We expect you to:
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Hold a recognised Occupational Health and Safety Specialist certificate in accordance with Lithuanian legal requirements. International OHS/HSE certifications are considered an advantage.
Have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 (particularly SharePoint) and general document management.
Be willing to travel on business when required.

Salary
From €3,300 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
