In August 2024, a contract was signed between Belam Riga Norge and Alstom Transport Norway for instalaltion of onboard units for 118 trains. Start of the project took place on 7th of October 2024 and competition of all scope is estimated on beginning of 2027. That project is part of European Rail Traffic management system
At the end of September 2025 Belam completed the ERTMS onboard installation in Denmark. It stretched over several years and included 135 trains, accounting for 42% of all fleet in Denmark that underwent ERTMS onboard installation.
